I was thinking of using a form or a powerapp that presents a month view and they can click on the dates they want off. To improve collaborative working i would like details on personal calendars (and respective group calendars) to be visible on the teams calendar so that all information relating to team members. The outlook calendar event for 24/06/22 shows up in the bookings calendar in blue compared to the time off event created inside bookings which is in orange. The event created in outlook does not appear in bookings app as time off and therefore allows a service to be booked at the same date/time as the time off event. Would the best way be to create an email address and have the calendar items associated with that email?
